Women's Summer Sharing/Accountability Group
Psalm 86:11 says, "Teach me Thy way, O Lord; I will walk in Thy truth."  What an appropriate prayer as we come to the Word of God each day!  "Lord, You show me and I will walk in that way."  God has given us each other to help in the process of reading and obeying.  Sharing groups is one avenue.  We are inviting women at BGBC to prayerfully consider being a part of a share group to experience the encouragement and support of other women as we process together reading His Word and walking in His ways.  This will be for the summer, meeting every other week.  If this is something in which you would like to be involved, contact Evelyn Blom at 360-666-9703, or evelynblom@gmail.com.

Attention all Crafters!
Come work on a craft (or just come and chat) every Tuesday in the Fellowship Room, starting at 9:00am and ending at 3:00pm.  Feel free to come and go as you please.  Bring your own project and supplies.  If you don't have a specific project, just bring yourself and we'll find something for you to do!

Summer Connection
By request of BGBC women, there will be three planned summer events meant to facilitate fellowship in the summer months.
      June 16, 7:00pm - 8:30pm -- Ronni Sue Mades will share about her April trip to Peru.  Bring a friend and come enjoy Peruvian food and fellowship!  (Fellowship room)
      July 7, 7:00pm - 8:30pm -- We will have an ice cream social with hands-on fun making a variety of crafts.  (Fellowship room)
      August 11, 11:00am - 1:00pm -- This park picnic will be a special time for moms with children at home to connect with other women in the church.  Bring your own lunch.  At Hockinson Meadow Community Park, corner of NE 119th and 172nd Ave.

Bags for Homeless Students
On Thursday, June 24th, we are having a workday to put together shoulder bags for homeless students in the Battle Ground School District.  Women from other area churches will join us as we work together to sew as many bags as we can.  Call Kathy Clement at 360-253-4371 to sign up and to receive a list of supplies to bring.  Please call by June 19th so we have time to plan accordingly.

Summer Retreat Opportunity
CBNW Women's Camp will be held at Camp Tadmor, July 16-18.  The topic is "The Transforming Freedom of Forgiveness."  We can form a group and register until the end of June.  Contact Sue Summers if interested at 360-687-5407, or summerssue60@hotmail.com.

Women of Faith
The Women of Faith conference is coming to Portland, October 8-9, 2010.  BGBC has 30 spots reserved for you and your friends!  The group rate is $89/person.  You can register online at http://gps.womenoffaith.com -- be sure to register as part of the BGBC group!  If you have any questions or problems, call Christine Schroth at 360-798-5090.

Women of the Word Bible Study
Our Bible study will begin our Fall session on September 8, 2010.  Morning session:  9:30am - 11:15am; Evening session:  6:30pm - 8:00pm.
